Terms and Conditions – vipph 48 Player Agreement

To open and maintain an account with vipph 48, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any funds held within it may be subject to review or forfeiture depending on the nature of the breach.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. vipph 48 enforces a strict minimum age policy in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during normal gameplay. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal recreational use. Corporate, syndicate, or commercial accounts are not permitted without prior written approval from vipph 48 management.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account with vipph 48 under the same or any other identity.

Each player may hold only one account at vipph 48. When you register, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Any attempt to create multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipph 48 login credentials. Any activity that takes place through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is considered to be authorised by you unless you have notified vipph 48 of a suspected security breach immediately upon discovery.

Withdrawals from vipph 48 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the vipph 48 team. This policy exists to protect players against unauthorised fund transfers. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification — players who have not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is released.

vipph 48 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times are communicated at the point of withdrawal. All bonuses are subject to their own individual terms which are published at the time of the promotion. In cases where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that particular promotion.

Bonus credits are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real money balance. Bonuses are not withdrawable — only winnings generated from bonus funds that have cleared the stated wagering requirement can be moved to your withdrawable balance.

• Each bonus is limited to one per player, per household, and per device/IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn from vipph 48.
• vipph 48 reserves the right to cancel or modify a promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and met conditions prior to any modification will not be penalised retroactively.

For RNG games, results are generated by certified random number generators and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform. For sports and esports betting, results are determined by the official outcome of the event as recognised by the relevant governing body.

• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, vipph 48 may freeze account funds pending investigation and is legally obligated to report the matter to relevant authorities. Any balance remaining in a legitimately closed account — where no misconduct is involved — will be returned to the player after applicable checks.

• Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting vipph 48 support. Any verifiable real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
• Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure are forfeited.

• vipph 48 is not responsible for losses caused by a player acting on information from third-party tipsters, forums, or social media.
• vipph 48 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations. Any disputes will be governed by Philippine law and subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
• Players waive any right to seek remedy through class action or collective legal proceedings against vipph 48.
